Calving Season 2016

The first calf of the season is an I-67 heifer our of Redbird.  She is a full sib to one of our high sellers from last year.

Mattocks Family Win!!!

 

Here are a couple of candids from our champion steer at the Pennsylvania Farm Show.  This win was extremely gratifying for the reason that it truly was a family affair.  The steer was sold by Ryan and Adam Mattocks.  Dustin Mattocks had the dream and the drive to select him for his son.  He was fed and nutritionally managed by Ryan Mattocks using Purple Label Show Feed.  Getting him dressed and show day ready was Adam and Alex Mattocks along with Tim Kosiorek and Andy Hoelscher.   Last but not least, my nephew Tyler Mattocks had the task of keeping this one at the end of the halter.
